Location: Avondale, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Avondale, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with the facility outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment
• Obtain permanent state license immediately if starting with a compact license
• Must hold a permanent license (no compact license accepted for South Carolina positions)
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN at the facility within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year
• Previous work history as a traveler or permanent/PRN staff more than one year prior to submission date requires eligibility verification for rehire
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain an active license in the required state
• Gain relevant experience in the required setting
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 40-hour bill guaranteed weekly wage requirement
• Comply with overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Follow a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as provided during first-day orientation
