Job Title: MED-SURG
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a MED-SURG:
• Provide patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit
• Work night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Maintain a patient care ratio of 1:5
• Work within a 13-bed unit environment
• Adhere to unit-specific policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes in status
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established standards of practice
