Job Title: PTA
Location: Maricopa, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Maricopa, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license (compact accepted for start only)
• Must hold permanent license for South Carolina assignments; compact license not accepted
• Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year
• Candidates with previous ATI work history as a traveler, or perm/PRN more than one year prior to submission date, must be verified for rehire eligibility
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain active licensure in applicable state
• Demonstrate relevant experience in required setting/modality
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to dress code guidelines provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Provide required 30-day notice as per contract terms
• Comply with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
