Location: Tumwater, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tumwater, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Candidates with perm/PRN history within the last year are not eligible for placement until one year of separation has passed
• Candidates with previous work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than one year prior must be reviewed for rehire eligibility before submission
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week contract assignment
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours during standard weeks
• Adhere to shift schedule during day hours
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as confirmed during interview
• Follow dress code requirements as provided on the first day of assignment
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Meet credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
• Gain experience in the applicable modality setting as required
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
