Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $58 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Improve patients’ strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Maintain current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Comply with mandatory Flu Vaccination requirements (required October 1st through April 1st, no declinations accepted)
• Utilize a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy as the basis for clinical practice
• Apply at least two years of PT experience, with 3-5 years preferred, to patient care delivery
• Work 4 ten-hour days per week, with days varying based on scheduling needs
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
