Location: West Frankfort, Illinois
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $72 – $77/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in West Frankfort, Illinois. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ physical function and quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment.
• Maintain active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility).
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Float to clinically appropriate units as needed, within the clinician’s scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies.
