Location: San Ramon, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in San Ramon, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services within assigned county territories
• Travel to patient locations within designated service areas, with potential for additional travel outside the assigned area
• Provide weekend coverage as required
• Meet productivity expectations of at least 27 points per week (if under Guarantee agreement)
• Complete OASIS ReCertification, OASIS RoC, Routine, Eval, Discharge, and other visit types as assigned
• Manage documentation, drive/travel time, visit time, and phone calls to patients and doctors within the approved rate
• Willingness to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients
• Travel outside the service area occasionally to secure a full caseload as needed
• Maintain current California Physical Therapist License
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Auto Registration
• Comply with health and immunization requirements including TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and Flu (annual)
• Complete required drug screening and physical examination
• Disclose all Requested Time Off (RTO) at the time of submission
