Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $51 – $55/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Kalamazoo, Michigan. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services in a busy rehabilitation facility setting
• Deliver contract-based PT care to patients within the rehab environment
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and standards of practice
• Maintain current and valid physical therapy licensure and certifications
• Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the role
