Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent state license immediately if starting with a compact license
• Candidates with perm/PRN history at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year
• Previous ATI travel or perm/PRN history more than one year prior must be reviewed for rehire eligibility before submission
• Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure license status aligns with start date at time of submission
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to 30-day notice requirement
• Meet required experience in applicable modality/setting
• Complete contract QA credentialing requirements
• Comply with dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize provided equipment as outlined during interview process
