Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $61 – $66/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in San Jose, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services in a post-acute care setting
• Work full-time Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Deliver patient care as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Maintain current and valid state licensure for PT or PTA practice
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Comply with all facility dress code and professional standards requirements
