Job Title: Lab Tech
Location: King City, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 14-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Lab Tech for a temporary assignment in King City, California. These positions are 14-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Lab Tech:
• Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour variable shifts
• Maintain valid California (CA) license as a Clinical Lab Scientist or Medical Technologist
• Obtain pre-approval from Supervisor prior to missing any meals or breaks
• Adhere to overtime policies, including tracking hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week
• Observe holiday rate policies as defined by the applicable pay structure
• Comply with on-call rate requirements as defined in the job posting
• Ensure all credentialing documentation is submitted in one complete batch
• Provide compliance documentation updates in a timely and organized manner
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care and laboratory services delivery
