Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on night shifts
• Maintain and provide required health documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza Vaccine records
• Complete and submit a comprehensive skills checklist prior to assignment
• Provide 2 professional references for submission
• Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender screening
• Complete drug screening as part of onboarding requirements
• Maintain valid license and certificate verification
• Submit and maintain a current professional profile
• Complete education verification process
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and sign confidentiality of receipt documentation
• Complete and sign confirmation of assignment and job description acknowledgement
• Acknowledge receipt of policy packet
• Sign dispute resolution agreement
• Provide a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Complete badge photo for identification purposes
• Comply with all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
