Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $86 – $92/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on night shifts • Maintain and provide required health documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap immunization records • Complete and submit a CHS Profile prior to assignment start • Provide a minimum of 2 professional references for submission • Complete and pass a CHS Skills Checklist prior to assignment start • Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender screening as part of onboarding • Complete drug screening as part of the onboarding process • Provide a valid Driver’s License or State ID for onboarding • Maintain valid license/certificate verification throughout the assignment • Complete and sign the Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description upon onboarding • Acknowledge receipt of the Policy Packet during onboarding • Sign and comply with the Dispute Resolution Agreement • Complete education verification as part of the onboarding process • Adhere to confidentiality requirements by signing the Confidentiality of Receipt document • Submit a badge photo for identification purposes during onboarding • Comply with any DNS (Do Not Rehire/Send) screening requirements • Complete and submit a health statement as part of onboarding requirements
