Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $83 – $90/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule
• Maintain current and valid license/certificate verification
• Comply with required health and immunization documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete and maintain a current Health Statement
• Provide a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Submit a completed professional profile prior to assignment start
• Provide a minimum of 2 professional references prior to submission
• Complete and submit required skills checklist prior to start
• Comply with criminal background check requirements
• Complete education verification process
• Adhere to OIG, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender, and Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List screening requirements
• Complete required drug screening
• Sign and comply with Confirmation of Assignment/Job Description
• Acknowledge receipt of Policy Packet
• Sign and adhere to Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Provide badge photo for identification purposes
• Complete Release of Information for MyChart
• Maintain confidentiality as acknowledged through Confidentiality of Receipt documentation
• Report any Do Not Rehire/Send (DNS) status as applicable
