Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota
Schedule: 10:00PM – 6:30AM x 5
Term: 6-week assignment with the potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $449 – $483/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ENT for a temporary assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. These positions are 6-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ENT:
• Provide ENT coverage during scheduled dates in clinic Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Take night call via pager on weekdays while also being available for hospital consults during clinic hours
• Provide 24-hour weekend call coverage (Saturdays and Sundays) including 4 hours gratis
• Handle general ENT cases; significant facial traumas are not required
• See both adult and pediatric patients
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day in clinic
• May perform a day in the OR for scheduled surgical cases
• Handle patient calls and call backs while on call (volume is minimal)
• Work alongside support staff including 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 2 registration specialists, and audiologists
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
• Must be Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified; non-boarded providers will not be accepted
• Maintain valid state licensure; IMLC or licensure candidates accepted
• No pending malpractice cases and no adverse background history
