Salary: $75000.00 – $85000.00
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a LCSW for a permanent assignment in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Responsibilities for a LCSW:
• Lead all program startup activities, including workflows, policies, and operational design
• Manage program budget and financial performance
• Supervise and support palliative care staff in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Oversee compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and accreditation standards
• Support provider credentialing and payer contracting
• Ensure efficient scheduling, referrals, documentation, and care transitions
• Drive program growth, customer service, and performance improvement
• Deliver social work services during startup and as needed
• Participate in the Manager On-Call Rotation for hospice services
