Location: Salinas, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $41 – $44/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Salinas, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Provide physical therapy assistant services as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Work within a skilled nursing facility environment serving a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver patient-centered care
• Assist patients in regaining independence through therapeutic interventions
• Maintain a positive, team-driven attitude and contribute to a collaborative rehab culture
• Maintain valid state PTA licensure
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to support team operations
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
