Location: Salinas, California
Schedule: 4:00PM – 4:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Salinas, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Maintain an active CA Physical Therapist license
• Demonstrate strong documentation and time-management skills
• Maintain a flexible and collaborative mindset
• Adhere to preferred Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday schedule
• Float to sister facility within walking distance as needed
