Location: Salinas, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Salinas, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate and treat SNF patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Maintain strong time-management skills to meet caseload demands
• Maintain an active CA Physical Therapist License
• Adhere to a flexible schedule, with preference for Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts
• Float to a sister facility within walking distance as needed
• Apply strong documentation skills in compliance with facility policies and procedures
