Job Title: Scrub-Tech
Location: Scottsbluff, Nebraska
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $46 – $49/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Scrub-Tech for a temporary assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Scrub-Tech:
• Handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during a surgical procedure
• Develop an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipate the surgeon’s needs
• Float to other units, departments, or patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs
• Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
• Meet Low/Mid/High performer expectations as evaluated during the contract period
