Job Title: SNF
Location: Quincy, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $78 – $84/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a SNF for a temporary assignment in Quincy, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a SNF:
• Deliver resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of care
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and achievement of desired resident outcomes
• Support the organization’s vision and mission
• Utilize knowledge of resident age and cultural diversity in the provision of resident care
• Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care
• Maintain at least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Maintain a current California RN license
• Maintain current certification in CPR
