Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Harrisburg, Illinois
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Harrisburg, Illinois. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Provide nursing care services as an Emergency Department Staff RN
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Work weekends as required
• Work holidays as required
• Deliver care in a 10-bed Emergency Department unit with an average daily census of 28 patients
• Adapt to a rural hospital setting with an attached Mental Health unit
• Provide care across a broad patient population including mental health patients as needed
• Work 1800-0630 shift schedule
