Location: Lacey, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lacey, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Candidates starting with compact license must obtain permanent license right away
• Candidates in SC must have permanent license; compact licenses are not accepted
• Must have experience in the relevant setting/modality
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Work day shift hours
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA compliance
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year
