Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OR:
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week, scheduled 0700-1730
• Participate in on-call rotations on a fair and rotating basis, including either one short call (1930-2300) or one long call (2300-0700) during each week
• Fulfill one to two 24-hour weekend call shifts (Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700) per six-week grid
• Submit all Request Time Off (RTO) requests prior to start date
• Maintain current and valid state licensure verified through Nursys
• Complete CNE Skills Checklist prior to submission
• Complete CNE Specialty Competency Exam, Basic EKG Exam, Pharmacology Exam, and Core Competencies upon onboarding
• Obtain and maintain BSN credential
• Comply with all health and immunization requirements including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-spot)
• Complete Fit Test as required
• Provide CNE Profile and 2 Professional References prior to submission
• Complete CNE Work Attestation prior to submission
• Complete CNE First Look orientation packet upon onboarding
• Sign CNE Non-Employee Confidentiality Agreement upon onboarding
• Submit to CNE Criminal Background Check
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Complete CNE Occupational Health Request for Clearance Form
• Comply with CNE Covid and Flu Policy
• Complete CNE Employment Verification upon onboarding
• Obtain CNE Badge Photo upon onboarding
• Complete RI Fingerprinting (RN Only) upon onboarding
