Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 2
Term: 12-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $192 – $207/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. These positions are 12-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a CRNA:
• Provide anesthesia services as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Level I Trauma experience required• Work a weekend-only schedule consisting of 2×12-hour shifts and 1×8-hour shift (shift times may vary)• Support surgeons, anesthesiologists, Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs), and perioperative staff• Cover a range of special procedures including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, OB, and cardiac cases• Operate within a medically directed anesthesia practice setting• Provide care for adult and older adult patient populations• Utilize Epic EMR system for all clinical documentation• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications• Maintain active state licensure and NBCRNA board certification• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements• Ensure accurate documentation of time, including non-billable activities as applicable• Maintain a minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (1 year required minimum) with Level I Trauma background• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions considered)• Complete credentialing process within the required timeframe to meet assignment start date
