Job Title: OT
Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $61/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Haverhill, Massachusetts. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient information using the electronic health record system
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Work rotating weekends as part of the scheduled shift rotation
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Float to sister facilities as needed
• Work 5-8 hour shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours and scheduling up to 40 hours per week
