Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $58 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Holyoke, MA. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide therapy services as part of a specialized team focused on TBI/head injury and cognitive-behavioral programming
• Complete required training in TBI/head injury and cognitive-behavioral programming prior to joining the team
• Deliver patient care in alignment with established rehabilitation and therapy protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and education related to specialty programming
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient treatment plans
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications for the therapist role
• Contribute to a team-based approach in supporting patients with traumatic brain injuries and cognitive-behavioral needs
