Job Title: CNA
Location: Meeker, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $29 – $32/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CNA for a temporary assignment in Meeker, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a CNA:
• Provide skilled, compassionate patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Maintain current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification
• Possess and demonstrate long-term care (LTC) experience
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements as mandated by State
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Reside at a permanent address at least 65 miles away from the facility
• Comply with housing rules including no pets and no smoking policies
• Notify management promptly if personal housing arrangements are available
