Job Title: RAD TECH
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $81 – $88/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a RAD TECH for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a RAD TECH:
• Perform and produce diagnostic radiography examinations
• Prepare and maintain evaluation documentation related to diagnostic radiography
• Assist in transporting patients to the radiographic room
• Prepare and maintain the radiographic room and work area
• Work a FLEX schedule which may include days, evenings, or nights
• Work every third weekend
• Maintain current registry with Radiography through the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (A.A.R.T.)
• Maintain current licensure as a radiographer in the State of Rhode Island
• Maintain proficiency in the English language
• Complete required credentialing and onboarding documentation prior to start
• Maintain up-to-date health and immunization records including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing
• Complete fit testing requirements
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
