Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Globe, Arizona
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Globe, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Work 36 hours per week with call shifts as required
• Complete a 13-week assignment; previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Work in an 11-bed Emergency Room setting
• Provide care in a Critical Access Hospital at a Level 4 Trauma designation
• Work 12-hour shifts
• Utilize Meditech 6.0 EMR system (experience preferred)
• Be available and willing to take call shifts of 24 hours in duration
• Comply with flu vaccine requirement (no exceptions)
• Adhere to the 100-mile radius rule; must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
• Limit time-off requests to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract
• Understand that the facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
