Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Morgan Hill, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services in a healthcare setting
• Work part-time hours with 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Commit to a 13-week contract assignment
• Deliver patient care services in alignment with physical therapy standards and best practices
• Maintain current and valid state licensure for physical therapy practice
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain required certifications including BLS as applicable
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using applicable charting systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Complete all required compliance documentation and training programs
