Job Title: PHARM
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $81 – $88/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Must have active Hawaii License to practice prior to start of contract
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift
• Holiday pay will only be paid if the shift begins on the holiday
• If shift starts on the holiday, the entire shift will be billed at the holiday rate regardless of when it ends
• If shift begins before the holiday but ends on the holiday, no holiday rate will be assessed
