Location: Ephrata, Pennsylvania
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $277 – $298/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ENT for a temporary assignment in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. These positions are 13-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ENT:
• Provide clinical support in both clinic and OR settings, with 5 OR days and 7 clinic days per month
• Work clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break; OT hours may begin at 7:30 AM and end at 3:30 or 4:00 PM
• See approximately 26–27 patients per day in the clinic setting
• Assist with approximately 6 surgical cases per day in the OR
• Provide care for patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform general ENT procedures and provide specialty support
• Demonstrate comfort and proficiency with parathyroid, Cochlear, and Baha procedures (preferred)
• Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants and clinical support assistants
• Utilize Epic EMR system for clinical documentation
• Maintain active PA license or IMLC/LOQ
• Maintain current DEA registration
• Maintain current ACLS certification
• Meet a minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Complete full credentialing compliance within 60 days and no later than 2 weeks prior to start date
• Submit Social Security Number, photo, and PATCH results within 5 days of signing
• Schedule Child Abuse Search and Department of Human Services Fingerprint collection, with results received within 2 weeks of signing
• Comply with all health requirements including vaccines, physical examination, and fit testing
• Maintain board certification or board eligibility
