Job Title: Ultrasound Tech
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $72 – $77/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Ultrasound Tech for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Ultrasound Tech:
• Work day shifts Monday through Friday with occasional rotating weekends
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a clinical setting
• Apply vascular ultrasound experience to support imaging needs
• Utilize breast ultrasound skills when applicable
• Maintain current licensure and certificate verification
• Comply with all health and immunization requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete and maintain TB testing requirements including 2-Step PPD or IGRA
• Comply with fit testing requirements
• Submit required professional references prior to start
• Complete background check and employment verification documentation
• Adhere to confidentiality agreements and facility policies
• Complete required orientation and onboarding documentation
• Maintain valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Submit work attestation and assignment confirmation documentation as required
