Job Title: SLP
Location: Ennis, Texas
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a SLP for a temporary assignment in Ennis, Texas. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a SLP:
• Provide speech therapy services to patients requiring specialized care
• Complete a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current and valid state licensure and required certifications
• Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the role
