Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Maintain active state license (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Commit to 13-26 week assignment duration
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week (standard)
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the physical therapy setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as discussed during interview
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with 30-day notice requirement
• Disclose any previous work history at ATI prior to submission
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
