Job Title: PTA
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Hillsboro, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet prior to assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold a permanent license if working in SC; compact license is not accepted for SC assignments
• Maintain active licensure as required for the position
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement upon assignment conclusion
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work scheduled day shift hours
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA process
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the applicable setting
• Follow all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Adhere to overtime billing and pay guidelines as applicable
• Comply with weekly billing cycle requirements
