Location: Lynnwood, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lynnwood, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN within the last year are not eligible and should be redirected
• Candidates with previous work history as a traveler or permanent/PRN staff more than one year prior must be verified for rehire eligibility before submission
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment
• Demonstrate experience in the required modality setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
