Job Title: OT
Location: White River Junction, Vermont
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 16-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in White River Junction, Vermont. These positions are 16-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients
• Coordinate and communicate treatment activities with interdisciplinary team members and the patient
• Assess the patient’s functional ability
• Provide direct treatments
• Select therapeutic modalities
• Communicate with all members of the health care team
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives
• Teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures
• Maintain a valid Occupational Therapist license in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold an unencumbered compact license
• Hold a BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate Occupational Therapy Certification
• Must have passed the National Registration Exam
• Experience in a home health setting preferred
