Job Title: COTA
Location: Morgan Hill, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a COTA for a temporary assignment in Morgan Hill, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a COTA:
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Work a 13-week contract assignment
• Fulfill a guaranteed 30 hours per week commitment
• Begin assignment as soon as possible upon confirmation
• Deliver patient care services in accordance with occupational therapy standards and protocols
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapists to implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• Maintain current and valid state licensure and certifications as required
• Participate in required training and compliance activities as directed
