Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lebanon, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide acute and swing bed rehabilitation services
• Deliver outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care
• Maintain current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Travel to multiple points of care as required
