Job Title: RRT
Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $81 – $88/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a RRT for a temporary assignment in Providence, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a RRT:
• Provide respiratory therapy services in the NICU setting on night shift (7p-7:30a, 3x12s)
• Participate in weekend rotation as required
• Maintain and provide current RRT certification (NBRC); CRT not accepted
• Maintain an active RI RT license or be compact-eligible
• Maintain current BLS, NRP, and ALS/ACLS certifications
• Utilize Epic EMR system for clinical documentation
• Demonstrate minimum of 1-2 years of recent NICU respiratory therapy experience
• Submit resume along with RT license, RRT certification, and current BLS/NRP/ACLS certifications
• Provide 2 clinical references upon submission
• Comply with onboarding health requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, fit test, and TB testing
• Complete criminal background check and employment verification as part of onboarding
• Complete required orientation and confidentiality agreements prior to start
• Maintain a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
