Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $83 – $90/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Maintain current licensure and certificate verification as required for the role
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Complete required skills checklist prior to assignment
• Provide 2 professional references for submission
• Complete required compliance documentation including criminal background check, education verification, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender check
• Complete required drug screening
• Maintain up-to-date personal health history documentation including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Health Statement
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and procedures
• Complete and sign dispute resolution agreement
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Complete confirmation of assignment and job description acknowledgement
• Acknowledge receipt of policy packet
• Work 36 hours per week on a day shift schedule
• Complete ROI for MyChart as required
• Adhere to all facility policies and compliance requirements throughout the duration of the assignment
