Job Title: Ambulatory Care
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $58 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Ambulatory Care for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Ambulatory Care:
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients with pancreatobiliary and complex gastroenterology conditions including pancreatic issues, swallowing disorders, stent management, and other complex digestive health needs
• Support patients with liver issues, reflux, and other challenging digestive conditions
• Work a schedule of 5-8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday with no call and no weekends
• Maintain active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
• Maintain current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date
• Apply a minimum of 2 years of specific GI RN experience in patient care delivery
• Utilize previous RN Clinic/Ambulatory Care experience in day-to-day responsibilities
• Utilize bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills when interacting with patients, if applicable
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
