Location: Oakland, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $72 – $77/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Oakland, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Prioritize start of care visits as a primary responsibility
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Complete mandatory next-day reporting of start of care visits
• Submit clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
• Remain generally responsive during normal business hours
• Maintain valid California Physical Therapy License
• Utilize Kinnser documentation system for clinical recordkeeping
• Operate within assigned territory in Solano County, CA, with the ability to expand coverage area as needed
• Adhere to a schedule of 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday
• Complete 3 full days of training, including one in-house day and two in the field
• Use issued equipment including iPad and Verizon One Talk device
• Meet weekly productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Obtain pre-approval from Clinical Supervisor before working overtime
