Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Work a 13-week contract on nightshift hours of 1830-0700, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours a week
• Ability to pick up extra shifts as needed
• Maintain a current Washington State license or Multi-State license
• Complete approved 6-hour suicide training
• Provide verification of demographics from Nursys
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Utilize knowledge of Meditech (helpful but not required)
• Function as a team player with experience and knowledge as an Emergency Department nurse
• Ensure all requested time off (RTO) is pre-approved and added to the end of the contract
• Maintain full availability for scheduling purposes
