Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Corvallis, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide specialty care across a range of populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Deliver care in neurological, women’s health, lymphedema, and wheelchair fitting specialties, among others
• Provide acute care services within a level 2 trauma center environment
• Utilize cutting-edge outpatient clinic equipment, including underwater treadmill and separate adult and pediatric gyms
• Provide outpatient services at a regional cancer center
• Travel and work between multiple points of care, including Corvallis and Albany locations, based on patient need
• Maintain a current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
