Location: Oakland, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $75 – $81/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Oakland, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Prioritize start of care visits
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Complete next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Submit clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Travel within the Greater Sacramento, CA territory and expand coverage area as needed
• Work a schedule of 40 hours per week
• Complete 3 full days of training, including one in-house and two in the field
• Utilize Kinnser documentation system for clinical recordkeeping
• Use issued iPad and Verizon One Talk equipment for work-related communication and documentation
• Meet productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Obtain pre-approval from Clinical Supervisor for any overtime
• Maintain valid California Physical Therapy License
• Possess a minimum of one year of Home Health experience
