Job Title: Ambulatory Care
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $58 – $62/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Ambulatory Care for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Ambulatory Care:
• Triage and assess patient concerns
• Provide care coordination across cardiology services
• Assist with Exercise Stress Tests and Tilt Table Tests
• Perform EKGs and manage heart monitoring equipment
• Start IVs for diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• Occasionally assist with patient rooming in clinic
• Maintain current Colorado RN license in good standing
• Maintain BLS and ACLS Certifications through the American Heart Association
• Utilize Epic for documentation and charting
• Apply relevant Clinic/Ambulatory Care and Cardiology experience to patient care delivery
