Job Title: COTA
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a COTA for a temporary assignment in Santa Rosa, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a COTA:
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Complete a 13-week assignment with 30 hours guaranteed per week
• Begin assignment as soon as possible upon credentialing and onboarding completion
• Deliver patient care services in a post-acute setting
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current and valid state licensure and certifications
• Comply with facility dress code and conduct requirements
• Complete all required compliance documentation and credentialing requirements prior to start
