Job Title: COTA
Location: Lakeport, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $36 – $39/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a COTA for a temporary assignment in Lakeport, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a COTA:
• Work in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility setting
• Provide care in an 81-bed facility environment
• Demonstrate prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (at least one 13-week assignment preferred, though not required)
• Provide 3 references from 3 most recent employers upon submission
